Yes. The connection is set up with a one-time code that you share with us. You watch everything the technician does live on your screen, and you can end the connection at any moment. When the session ends, access is closed for good.

We connect fully to Windows and macOS computers. For phones and tablets, we guide you step by step over the phone.
How much does remote support cost?
Prices are fixed by the type of problem: computer maintenance starts at 250 TL, network and printer support at 300 TL, and virus removal at 400 TL. We tell you the exact price before the session starts.
Do you charge if the problem isn't fixed?
No. We don't charge for problems we can't solve remotely. If needed, we point you to an on-site service.
Can I get remote support if my internet is slow or keeps dropping?
Most work can be done even on a weak connection. If you have no internet at all, we first talk you through fixing the connection over the phone, then open a remote session.
